In my Patterns series, I layer colors, lines, and shapes and use the repetition of organic and geometric motifs to create depth, balance, and harmony in the composition. This is a slow and steady, back-and-forth process of drawing, painting, stamping, stenciling, rolling, and printing.

I incorporate water and oil based paints and inks, rubber and linoleum cuts, commercial rollers, and graphite, chalk, and oil pastels.
